What are Made to Order items?
Made to Order items are custom-made only after an order has been requested. Estimated time frames are indicated on the product detail page and may take 2 to 3 weeks. Please Note that once a Made to Order item has successfully been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund. These items are final sale. What are Pre-Order items?
Pre-Order items are products from the most recent collection that can be reserved in advance within a limited timeframe. When purchasing a Pre-Order item you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. What are Back-Order items?

We encourage customers to prepay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been shipped. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our cancellations & refunds policy here.
Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.
Made to Order cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

How can I track my order status?

What is your online return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
FEMI AINA NEW YORK will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days with the receipt of the item and returned to us in the original packaging, unused and a resalable condition.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid. Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Are delivery charges refundable?
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I exchange an item I purchased online?
