Shipment Processing Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
UPS® Simple Rate for domestic shipments are estimated to deliver from 1 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. The price and delivery days vary greatly depending on the type of courier’s services you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout page.

UPS Simple Rate offer services such as UPS Next Day Air Saver, ® UPS 2nd Day Air, ® UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS® Ground. UPS Simple Rate covers shipments between the 48 contiguous states to Remote Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
UPS international shipments are estimated to deliver from 1 to 5 business days. The pricing will be dependent on the package dimensions, weight, destination, and time of day. It can be picked up or dropped off with the carrier. It also varies greatly depending on the type of courier’s services you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout page.

UPS international shipments offer services such as UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Express. It covers shipments to Canada, Mexico, and up to 220 countries.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Parcels Damaged or Lost In Transit
FEMI AINA NEW YORK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged in transit, please reject the parcel and contact the shipment carrier or our customer service directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact our customer service for more information.
